Hack Your Overhead Position

Hack Your Overhead Position is a 4 week programme to tackle the key limitations that prevent you getting into a good overhead position. Perfect for improving your strict press, snatch or overhead squat mechanics. It serves as a great warmup for the shoulders and thoracic spine, and will open up range of motion far more effectively than traditional “mobility” exercises.

Each day has a specific set of movements which are narrated with key coaching cues to ensure you get the most out of them.
